The United Women in Business Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that is devoted to the professional and personal development for women across all industries.

Through educational programming, membership events, and philanthropic initiatives, our goal is to facilitate the creation of meaningful connections to help members to excel and thrive despite the challenges and inequalities that women face in today’s business environment. UWIB’s community provides women with opportunities to access and develop the tools, network, and confidence necessary to feel empowered in their path to personal and professional discovery

Our organization is also dedicated to inspiring and empowering women at all stages of their careers: ranging from undergraduate to graduate students, to young professionals, female executives, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders.

Our Board of Directors

The United Women in Business Board of Directors (BOD) is the backbone of our organization, driving the vision, growth, and impact of our local chapters. This team of dedicated leaders works collaboratively to build vibrant communities, create meaningful programming, and champion the mission of UWIB. With a commitment to strategic leadership, active participation, and advocacy, the BOD plays a pivotal role in shaping initiatives, fostering inclusivity, and ensuring long-term success. Each member brings a unique perspective and passion to their role, dedicating their time, skills, and energy to empower women in business and beyond.

In addition to our Board of Directors, our UWIB Advisor role was designed for individuals who have completed a full term on the BOD and have been voted in by the BOD to continue their involvement. This position allows former board members to remain deeply connected to the organization and continue contributing their expertise and passion.
