Webinar: What To Expect When Seeking Therapy - A Beginner's Guide

October 10th marks World Mental Health Day,  following Suicide Prevention Awareness Month in September. While mental health has recently received increased priority, the early stages of seeking therapy remain overwhelming for many women. Let's learn from the experts what to expect.

During this webinar, we will aim to answer the questions many women ask themselves as they begin seeking therapy, along with education around mental health from two experts in the industry, Frantzces Lys and Divya Robin.
